A growing company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Low Voltage Project Manager to lead and scale its low voltage division. This role requires a strong leader who can take full ownership of complex projects, manage teams and client relationships, and drive operational excellence across all phases of delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of low voltage projects, from pre-construction through completion.
Manage and mentor project teams, field staff, and subcontractors.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-level service and satisfaction.
Skills:
Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
Advanced project management and operational oversight skills.
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Requirements:
Significant experience in low voltage systems (data, security, AV, cabling).
Prior managerial experience with direct team oversight.
Track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of taking full ownership.
