Job Description

One of the fastest-growing Low-Voltage Integrators in the NYC market continues to grow - and has an opening for an experienced Field Foreman to lead security installation crews and help keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside technicians in the field, coordinate with General Contractors, manage daily jobsite activities, and make sure installations are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.

The ideal candidate has experience leading teams in the low-voltage, security, or construction industry and is comfortable motivating crews, solving problems in the field, and keeping projects on track. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise field crews on commercial security installation projects.
  • Work alongside technicians to support daily installation activities.
  • Coordinate project schedules and jobsite logistics with General Contractors, project managers, and customers.
  • Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and company expectations.
  • Conduct daily jobsite planning and crew assignments.
  • Monitor productivity and provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
  • Enforce all OSHA and jobsite safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous Foreman, Lead Technician, Crew Leader, or Supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing field crews in a construction, security, or low-voltage environment.
  • Knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and low-voltage systems.
  • Strong understanding of commercial security system installations.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and project documentation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • OSHA SST Certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA 62 Certification preferred.
  • Experience with Bosch Security Systems highly desired.
