Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n, Power Automate, Alteryx, or Azure Foundry.

• Assist in developing agentic AI workflows that leverage LLMs for data interpretation, decision support, and intelligent routing.

• Integrate internal and external applications through APIs, webhooks, and event-based triggers.

• Partner with business users to map processes, gather requirements, and translate needs into scalable automation solutions.

• Troubleshoot workflow issues and support enhancements, optimizations, and integrations.

• Document automation logic, system configurations, and support procedures.

• Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation or AI-driven improvements.

Required:

• At least 3 years of experience building automations using low/no-code platforms (n8n, Power Automate, Alteryx, Workato) or RPA tools (UI Path, Automation Anywhere).

• Understanding of API integrations, JSON data handling, and common authentication patterns.

• Interest in emerging AI/agentic automation tools and willingness to learn.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell).

• Exposure to LLM orchestration tools (LangChain) or AI automation platforms (Azure Foundry).
