1.为风格化 Unity 项目设计、实现并迭代着色器与渲染相关方案，在现有方向上持续改进可维护性与表现稳定性。 2.与美术、程序、策划等协作，维护可执行的视觉与技术标准（材质规范、性能预算、验收方式），保证效果在项目中一致、可量产。 3.就实现方式、参数控制、优化手段向美术提供可操作的技术指导与反馈（含约束说明与替代方案）。 4.编写并维护面向制作组的清晰文档（规范、流程、常见问题）。 5.定位性能瓶颈，与跨职能同事共同制定可落地、可扩展的改进方案并推动闭环。
