We are Baltic Assist – a company committed to providing high‑value talent solutions and operational excellence for global clients. We partner with industry leaders to build strong, motivated teams and create meaningful career opportunities across various sectors.

Together with our client, a global aviation services provider offering premium airport lounge services, we are seeking a Lounge Supervisor for the new Aspire Lounge opening at Vilnius Airport.

In this role, you will support daily lounge operations, lead and coordinate service teams, ensure high service standards, and maintain safety and compliance within a highly regulated airport environment.

What you'll be doing

If you enjoy working in dynamic hospitality or operational settings and like taking ownership in your area, this role will suit you well. You’ll supervise service delivery, guide Lounge Attendants, support day‑to‑day decisions, and help maintain a smooth, welcoming lounge experience for all travellers.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Supervising Lounge Agents and guiding them through daily tasks, service flow, and guest interactions.
  • Supporting staffing decisions, monitoring attendance, and ensuring optimal coverage for all operational areas.
  • Leading by example and ensuring consistent, high‑quality customer service across reception, bar, and seating areas.
  • Maintaining sanitary, hygiene, and food safety standards, and ensuring procedural compliance throughout the lounge.
  • Monitoring stock levels, managing lounge supplies, and coordinating replenishment with relevant teams.
  • Addressing service issues in real time and ensuring smooth operations during busy periods or disruptions.
  • Supporting onboarding, training, and coaching activities to build a motivated and capable team.
  • Ensuring safe use of equipment, PPE, and tools, and reporting any faults, risks, or unsafe conditions.
  • Documenting incidents, near misses, irregularities, and ensuring they are reported before shift end.
  • Participating in operational audits, quality checks, and contributing to continuous improvement activities.
  • Escalating exceptions or decisions requiring approval to the Lounge Manager.
  • Coordinating with kitchen staff and supporting food and beverage quality, presentation, and readiness.
  • Helping maintain compliance with airport, security, and company policies, as well as QHSE requirements.

You'll be successful if you have

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in hospitality, aviation, or customer‑facing operational environments.
  • Leadership ability and experience supervising or guiding teams.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Good planning, organizing, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and strong English skills are required for handling guest escalations, reporting, and coordination.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of airport regulatory, safety, and operational procedures, or willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive, service‑oriented attitude and confidence in handling guest situations.

Additional requirements

  • Aviation security background check - required to obtain airport access. If you don’t already have clearance, you will complete this during the recruitment process.
  • H10 food‑safety certificate - if you don’t have this permit, you will need to obtain it during the recruitment process.

What we offer

  • A stable role in an international airport environment with opportunities to grow
  • A friendly, supportive team focused on collaboration and service excellence
  • Experience working with global aviation and hospitality standards
  • A workplace culture that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
