RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides personalized service to all guests
• Takes drink orders from customers
• Responsible for knowing prices of menu items
• Serves drinks such as wine and beer and spirits
• Mixed drinks and cocktails according to recipes
• Checks identification of customers to ensure that they are of legal drinking age
• Monitors guests and does not over serve or serve to intoxicated guests
• Cleans bar, tables, and work areas
• Operate POS system, cash handling, and debit/credit transactions
• Manages bar operation, order, maintain liquor and bar supplies
• Provide food service
• Follow food safety standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Smart Serve certified

• A minimum of 1 years of experience working as a bartender is considered an asset
• Flexible schedule
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
• Must be able to multi- task and prioritize tasks when needed in a fast-paced environment
• Possess basic math, reading, and writing skills

Ability to lift up to 50lbs
