Key Responsibilities:
Restock bar supplies, including ice, glassware, liquor, mixers, and garnishes
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of bar areas, storage spaces, and service stations
Assist bartenders with setup, breakdown, and ongoing service needs
Remove empty glassware and waste promptly to maintain a clean environment
Support operations efficiently in fast-paced and weather-exposed settings
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members across multiple bar locations
What You Bring:
Previous barback, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
Dependability and a team-first attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the season
