We're seeking an experienced and motivated merchandising leader based in or near Louisville, KY to drive store execution, develop field talent, and strengthen client partnerships across a dynamic territory. Pay Rate: $20.00- $22.00/hr, based on experience
Position Status: (W-2) Full-Time, variable hour.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Previous supervisory or training experience in the merchandising industry.
• A personal Smartphone with call, text, email, and internet access for in-store reporting and surveys.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling between multiple store locations.
• Available for company paid overnight travel based on training and business needs.
• This role involves frequent physical activity, including bending, stooping, standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving products weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
