Jeff Wyler Fairfield Auto Mall is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Lot Technician to help maintain the appearance, organization, and overall readiness of our vehicle inventory. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, safe, and professional dealership environment for both customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Move, park, and organize vehicles on the dealership lot
- Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and properly displayed
- Perform basic vehicle inspections (check fuel levels, tire pressure, batteries, etc.)
- Assist with vehicle deliveries and dealer trades
- Maintain cleanliness of the lot, including trash removal and snow/ice control when needed
- Install temporary tags, dealer plates, and window stickers
- Assist service and sales departments as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, reaching, and climbing in and out of vehicles
