The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for helping maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, associates, and visitors by monitoring access points, verifying guest identification, and enforcing hotel security procedures. This role combines vigilance with exceptional hospitality, maintaining a professional presence while supporting daily operations, special events, and incident response. Through strong observation, effective communication, and sound judgment, the Loss Prevention Officer helps protect hotel assets, promote safety, and contribute to a seamless luxury guest experience.
Education/Formal Training
High school education or equivalent experience.
Experience
Minimum two years prior experience in loss prevention.
