Job Description

The Loss Mitigation Closing Coordinator primary responsibility for daily activities and operations within the Loss Mitigation closing team are to ensure proper servicing of delinquent investor/insurer owned residential mortgage loan products that results in reduced delinquency levels and reduced losses. This position is responsible for assisting in finalizing Loss Mitigation workout options and must ensure proper attention to detail with the ability to review various documents for accuracy. All employees of Servbank are expected to provide quality customer service and maintain high ethical standards when serving our client.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process modification and partial claim document requests.
  • Review and audit modification and partial claim agreements prior to borrower execution.
  • Process title policies requests.
  • Process completed modification agreements.
  • Maintain department email box including both inbound and outbound .
  • Support team members by notifying once critical steps in the modification process are completed.
  • Report data received and provide synopsis of critical steps completed daily to senior management.
  • Prepare copies and Fed-ex packages.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills, self-initiative and detail oriented.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Required Computer and Software Competencies:
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office suite products (e.g., Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
  • Experience with MSP mortgage servicing system and mortgage terminology.

Education:

  • High School diploma and/or some college
