Job Objective
Responsible of receiving alert communication Plasma Donor Centers and introduce the information related to the donations informed into the informatic system for ensuring that all the units communicated belonging to a donor that has resulted reactive or belongs to a group of risk behavior, are identified for final removal from Plasma lot to be delivered to Manufacturing Facility.
Environment
Internal: Plasma Quality Assurance, Quality Senior Director, Documentation Management Manager, Administration & Services divisions, and Grifols Egypt for Plasma Derivatives plasma general management.
External: Health Authorities, Government authorities and auditors.
Key responsibility
Receive all look back communications from Plasma Donor Centers.
Introduce in IT system the information related to look back communications.
Inform to Fractionation Facility of those units yet delivered.
To review all communications and to inform Plasma and Product Release Manager of Units involved in a batch for final evaluation.
Identification of potential trends that may impact to the type of communications.
Retrieve information related to the processes for further establishment of metrics, efficiency reports, and key performance indicators (KPI).
Academic experience required
Bachelor s Degree in Health-related Sciences.
Knowledge in quality Management desired.
Professional Experience Required
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience

Proficiency with computers.

Organized and able to manage time effectively.
Ability to work within a highly regulated, labor intensive environment.
Languages

We are combining the expertise of both shareholders to build and operate 20 plasma donation centers throughout Egypt, along with manufacturing facilities including fractionation, purification, and fill-and-finish plants with a processing capacity of up to 1 million liters of plasma annually that can double in the future.
The new manufacturing facility will include a plasma warehouse and a testing laboratory. It will occupy 105,000 square meters strategically located in the administrative capital’s medical city, adjoining various healthcare institutions.
