Kindergarten Teacher

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Valid Driver's license.
  3. Appropriate State of Ohio Teaching License.
  4. Satisfactory report from Criminal Records check.
  5. Good health, high moral character, and good attendance record.
  6. Demonstrates a sincere desire to aid all students.
  7. Plans, implements and assesses instruction designed to develop students
  8. abilities to use certain skills, apply core concepts, become self-sufficient individuals, responsible team members, think and solve problems and integrate knowledge.
  9. Assesses student learning using a variety of tools. Communicates results to students, parents, and staff.
  10. Creates a learning climate that supports student achievement and safety.
  11. Evaluates teaching effectiveness based on student achievement in relation to student attainment of goals.
  12. Uses technology to support instruction; access and manipulate data; enhance student academic growth.
  13. Adheres to school, district, state and federal policies, regulations and laws.

Established in 1914, the Butler County Educational Service Center has a long history of serving the schools and residents. We serve as the central educational and service resource for schools, government agencies, families, children, and the community. We provide educational programs, professional development, multi-faceted family services from prenatal through high school that promote achievement and improve the quality of life for families and children. BCESC also provides staffing services, leadership and support in the areas of administration, management and consultation to school districts.
