
The Superintendent of Schools announces the following position within the Fall River Public School System:
Position: Occupational Therapist (O.T.)
Job Description: The Occupational Therapy assistant works with students with disabilities by implementing the prescribed occupational therapy process. They are responsible for developing and writing the student's Individual Education Plan (IEP), and overseeing the Occupational Therapy Assistants who are implementing the plan prescribed in the IEP.
The Superintendent of Schools reserves the right to waive a position qualification or determine that there is an acceptable alternative to that qualification. If the Superintendent intends to waive a qualification, such intent will be shared with the Fall River School Committee.

SALARY AND TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: In accordance with the Fall River Educators' Association contract. Continued employment is contingent on work performance, program need, and funding.
