This role is primarily about writing.

We are looking for someone with outstanding English writing ability, strong research skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to develop a clear point of view and narrative around a subject.

Experience in technical writing within the AI, enterprise infrastructure, or enterprise IT highly desired.

The role will cover much more than blog posts. You may work on long-form articles, thought leadership, whitepapers, research-driven content, industry reports, case studies, website content, and other editorial and marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality long-form content across AI, enterprise technology, infrastructure, and related topics.
• Research unfamiliar subjects thoroughly and develop a strong understanding before writing.
• Produce long-form articles that are informative, engaging, structured, and original.
• Develop thought-leadership content for technology and business audiences.
• Write whitepapers, research-driven reports, industry guides, and educational resources.
• Develop case studies and customer-focused stories.
• Create website and landing-page content when required.
• Write content for senior technology decision-makers, business leaders, IT professionals, and broader technology audiences.
• Turn complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives without unnecessarily simplifying the subject.
• Interview or collaborate with subject-matter experts when deeper technical insight is required.
• Identify interesting angles, trends, questions, and stories within broader technology topics.
• Adapt writing style and structure depending on the audience, subject, and content format.
• Edit and refine content for clarity, flow, accuracy, originality, and readability.
• Work with the marketing and SEO teams to align content with search intent and broader content objectives.

• Basic understanding of SEO, search intent, headings, content structure, and keyword usage.
• Experience working with subject-matter experts.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted research and writing tools.
• Experience writing for enterprise or professional audiences.
