Stellenbeschreibung

IHRE ROLLE IN DER WELT VON DO & CO

  • Selbstständige Durchführung der An – und Abmeldungen, sowie der monatlichen Lohn – und Gehaltsverrechnung
  • Personaladministration (z.B. Stammdatenpflege, Zeiterfassung, Fehlzeitenverwaltung, Erstellung von Bestätigungen, etc.)
  • Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen (Reports, etc.)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Personalabteilung
  • Kontaktperson zu Behörden, Sozialversicherung und Finanzamt
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere MitarbeiterInnen
  • Begleitung der GPLA Prüfungen

Qualifikationen

WAS SIE AUSZEICHNET

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (absolvierter WIFI – Personalverrechnungsprüfung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Personalverrechnung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Erfahrung mit BMD NTCS
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
