Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and sourcing activities to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
• Support recruitment for various positions, including General Staff, Drivers, and Support Functions.
• Handle the onboarding process and prepare necessary documentation for new employees.
• Support HR administration tasks, including maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
• Support Employee Relations activities and Training & Development initiatives.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support overall HR operations.
• Gain hands-on experience across various HR functions and develop practical HR skills through real-world work experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; male candidates aged 18–25 years.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact appropriately with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Good personality, confidence, and the ability to maintain a professional image.
• Proactive, eager to learn, willing to ask questions, and open to new ideas and experiences.
• Responsible, team-oriented, and able to work effectively with others.
• Confident, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
