Job Description

Wipro, a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company is looking for your talent to join into one of our projects as an Logistics Coordinator.

This position belongs to the Business Process Solutions (BPS) area of the company.

R͏esponsabilities

• Obtain shipping info and doc set for each order
• Stock availability and delivery creation for material
• Inventory Analysis
• Tracking and fixing shipping errors
• Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Work with our freight forwarder to insure timely shipment clearance and delivery to our customers or Warehouse
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Material local purchasing
• Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
• Administer day-to-day activities associated with imports in accordance with the existing procedures and business rules

• Update Clients request weekly and monthly
• Research ideal shipping, routing and carriers
• Analysis for Improvement and deep understanding of product
• Handle client daily and weekly calls.
• Accelerate response times.

Type of work:

Hybrid.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Salary:

$19,000 monthly.
