Job Description

• Management and preparation of shipping documents such as packing lists, waybills, and export papers
• Coordination of logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of construction machinery and spare parts
• Handling deviations and resolving delivery issues with partners
• Support of loading and unloading processes
• Recording and transmitting shipment data in SAP

• Successfully completed education in logistics, supply chain, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in transport coordination or 4PL logistics is an advantage
• Good knowledge of SAP S4 Hana or comparable systems
• Confident handling of shipping and export documents
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
