Language Requirement: English (Dutch is nice to have)
Upway is the leading platform for refurbished e-bikes. In 5 years, over 100,000 bikes have been saved from disposal. The company is now expanding in the Netherlands and opening an Upcenter in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming e-bikes: unpack, check-in, and inspect
- Photograph e-bikes and upload photos to the website
- Pick, pack, and prepare e-bikes for shipment (including boxing)
- Identify process bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement changes quickly

No specific education, background, or origin required. The company seeks motivated candidates with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility toward the business.
