We are looking for a reliable and hands‑on Logistics & Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate, timely deliveries. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable with both physical tasks and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Assist in receiving incoming goods, including processing Goods Receipt (PO) in SAP.

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch goods accurately.

  • Prepare and verify delivery documentation (Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, Customs Invoices).

  • Update stock cards and report any discrepancies.

  • Mark and label incoming and outgoing goods correctly.

  • Assist with monthly stock‑take activities.

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organisation according to SOPs.

Delivery & Logistics

  • Assist with loading and unloading goods using a reach truck.

  • Check goods against delivery documents before dispatch.

  • Coordinate delivery schedules and routes with the Operations team.

  • Ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time.

  • Return signed delivery documentation promptly.

  • Report delays, damages, or issues encountered during delivery.

  • Conduct daily vehicle checks (tyres, lights, oil, fuel, brakes).

  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and schedule servicing, repairs, and inspections.

  • Keep accurate vehicle logs (mileage, fuel, movements).

  • Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience (receiving, picking/packing, inventory) is an advantage.

  • Valid Class 3 driving licence with a clean record.

  • Physically able to perform manual lifting and handling of cartons.

  • Experience with reach trucks is an added advantage.

  • Good computer literacy, including the ability to update inventory records, use delivery documentation systems, and work with SAP or similar tools.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a positive attitude.
