Job Description

Who we are: Vesta Home (dba Showroom Group) is changing the way that homes are marketed--and furniture is sold. We're obsessed with the client experience for our full-service offerings: interior design, luxury staging, elevated furniture rentals and custom furniture production, fueled by our proprietary technology and logistics expertise.

Founded in 2017, our team of 50+ designers creates thoughtful, stunning interiors for residential, commercial and hospitality projects. We proudly partner with top realtors, developers, the design trade and personalities on some of the most prestigious properties on the high-end market; chances are, you’ve seen our interiors in major design magazines as well as shows like Bravo's Million Dollar Listings and Netflix's Selling Sunset.

The #1 home staging brand in the country, Vesta’s design and local market depth in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and South Florida helps to sell multimillion-dollar properties faster and above ask–and allows buyers to seamlessly move into beautiful furnished spaces. The company’s interior design and custom furniture services are available worldwide.

Our Core Values:

  • Get it done! We have a bias toward action, balancing grit with smart work to accomplish our goals. We see business challenges as opportunities, always bringing forth solutions, and believe no challenge is too great to solve collectively.
  • Design excellence: We believe exceptional design is a function of continuous improvement, and apply this purity of purpose to our process, products and people.
  • Execute in partnership, and with pride We rise by lifting others and are most successful when our clients and colleagues are successful as well. Our team is self-motivated and committed to leading others to achieve our collective goals.
  • Invest in growth: We approach business with an entrepreneurial spirit. We are intensely focused on progress, believing profitable growth is the path forward. We “invest, not spend,” valuing impact and the efficient achievement of results.
  • Own the Outcome: We develop the most talented people, empowering them to offer a world-class experience to our clients. We deliver inspiring design in a reliable, organized and consistent manner that our clients and team can trust. We do this with a fanatical attention to detail, expecting perfection but accepting excellence.

The Logistics Trainer plays a dual-function role at Vesta Home. As a frontline trainer, this position is responsible for onboarding new logistics team members and reinforcing operational excellence through hands-on instruction. When not actively engaged in training, the Logistics Trainer steps into the role of a Delivery Lead—executing jobs in the field, modeling best practices, and delivering exceptional service. This role is designed for an experienced field leader who can seamlessly switch between teaching and doing.

This position ensures consistency in field training, supports market-specific development needs, and helps elevate new team members to full readiness—safely, professionally, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Product wrapping, protection, and securement
    • Use of straps, blankets, dollies, and hand tools
    • Furniture assembly and home staging (beds, mirrors, trees, etc.)
    • Truck loading, weight balance, and knot-tying
    • In-home professionalism and customer interaction
  • Supervise ride-alongs (Days 4–5) and provide real-time coaching
  • Guide new hires during Week 2 on real jobs with increasing independence
  • Track completion of training milestones and communicate readiness to managers
  • Assist in rolling out monthly logistics refreshers and SOP updates

Delivery Lead Duties (Default Role When Not Training)

  • Lead the execution of assigned delivery routes
  • Supervise drivers and helpers on site; ensure professional install standards
  • Coordinate with Dispatch and Design throughout each job
  • Load and secure product for transport, ensuring inventory accuracy
  • Oversee on-site assembly, final staging, and quality control
  • Represent Vesta Home in front of clients and designers with professionalism
  • Identify and escalate operational issues to the Logistics Manager when needed

  • 1+ year experience as a Delivery Lead or equivalent role
  • Deep knowledge of product handling, wrapping, truck loading, and assembly
  • Ability to lift and move heavy furniture (75+ lbs team lifts required)
  • Strong communicator with the ability to train peers in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using mobile tools, training trackers, and basic route documentation
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (where applicable)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience training, onboarding, or mentoring teammates in a logistics setting
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and route management tools
  • Working knowledge of DOT regulations and in-field safety best practices
