Logistics & Trade Compliance Manager (all)
In the role as Logistics & Trade Compliance Manager you own and steer Mammut’s end-to-end logistics operations and trade compliance activities in North America. You are accountable for 3PL performance, logistics planning, as well as customs and duty drawback processes, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and cost optimization across all logistics flows.
The position is located at our North American HQ in Boulder, CO.

Your responsibilities
Logistics Management
- Own 3PL relationship (UPS)
- Act as single operational point of contact for all logistics topics
- Lead weekly operational calls, monthly KPI reviews, and escalation management
- Manage rolling forecasts (inbound, outbound, returns)
- Translating Sales Forecast into Logistics forecast
- Own and steer logistics KPIs (Inbound OTIF, Customer OTIF, outbound performance, returns cycle time, inventory accuracy)
- Ensure alignment with Sales Operations, Planning, Customer Service, and Finance
- Proactively manage peak periods, risks, and capacity constraints
Trade Compliance & Duty Drawback
- Own end-to-end duty drawback process (US & Canada)
- Act as primary interface to customs brokers and external partners
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for imports and exports
- Coordinate and oversee drawback filings (internally or via external partners)
- Monitor and maximize duty recovery opportunities
- Ensure compliance with US CBP and Canadian customs regulations
- Drive continuous improvement of customs and drawback processes
- Align with Finance on reconciliation and audit requirements
Data, Systems & Reporting
- Ensure data accuracy across D365, 3PL WMS, and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel)
- Validate shipment, inventory, and customs-related data
- Provide transparency on logistics performance & drawback recovery
- Support audits and financial reconciliation
- Identify and triage integration issues, resolve common errors, and coordinate complex cases with external partners

Your profile
- 3–6 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
- Solid understanding of 3PL operations and logistics processes
- Basic knowledge of global trade and foreign trade regulations required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and hands-on mindset
- Ability to manage external partners and drive accountability
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred), Excel, Power BI
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
