Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work activity.
  • Analyzes causes of service implementation policy faults or degradation and recommends improvement plans.
  • Implements service implementation policy plan improvements as directed for Data Center business unit(s).
  • Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claims and process failed vendor hardware devices.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate information within various inventory management systems.
  • Ensure detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
  • Help reconcile and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Perform destruction of data-bearing devices following all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Microsoft policies.
  • Comply with security and data management policies.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Asset/Inventory/Logistics/Supply Chain.
  • Currently studying towards a qualification in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • You need to be a Danish National or residency with eligibility to work in Denmark.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Candidates must be willing and able to travel to all Microsoft Data Center locations across Denmark, including Høje Taastrup, Køge, and Roskilde.

Background Check Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Applicable certifications (Logistics or Supply Chain or Asset Management).
  • Ability to support frequent standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights with or without equipment assistance.
  • Able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in written and oral English communication to support regional and global teams.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and develop new technical skills.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard business hours that may include weekends and/or holidays.
  • Valid Driver's License
