• SMS운영지원

  • SMS프로세스실행의주요연락창구역할수행(프로세스가이드라인제공물류지원)
  • 제조,품질, R&D샘플의국내해외운송요청처리를위해Sample Compliance Coordinator지원
  • 지식,자원,안전규정준수격차를해소하기위한교육프로그램절차개발유지관리

전략적협업파트너십

  • 화학규정,협약글로벌수출입요구사항준수를위해내부전문가와협업
  • SMS접근권한,사용자교육국가별절차업데이트관리
  • 화학물질포장규정준수를위해전문가와협력

변경관리(Management of Change, MoC)

  • 규제변화모니터링(크로스기능협의체미팅참여)
  • UN포장기준,라벨링샘플운송에대한영향평가

Key Job Responsibilities

• SMS (Sample Management System) Access Management

  • Manage user access to SMS tools and resources
  • Register and maintain new requesters, relevant personnel, and DG Certified Contacts at the Cheonan site

• SMS Team Coordination & Operational Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for SMS process execution (provide process guidelines and logistics support)
  • Support Sample Compliance Coordinators in processing domestic and international shipment requests for manufacturing, quality, and R&D samples
  • Develop and maintain training programs and procedures to close gaps in knowledge, resources, and safety/compliance

• Strategic Partnership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal experts to ensure compliance with chemical regulations, conventions, and global import/export requirements
  • Manage SMS access roles, user training, and country-specific procedure updates
  • Work with experts to ensure proper chemical packaging compliance

• Management of Change (MoC)

  • Monitor regulatory changes (participate in cross-functional meetings)
  • Assess the impact on UN packaging standards, labeling, and sample transportation
  • Update procedures and reflect changes in Power Apps systems
  • Conduct testing, validation, and communication of updates

• Issue Resolution

  • Troubleshoot issues related to Power Apps, workflows, and customs clearance
  • Collaborate with the SMS (ASP) operations team and local shipping contacts
  • Provide guidance, interpretation, and risk assessment to prevent project delays

• External Vendor Labeling Support

  • Assist in resolving labeling-related issues with external vendors

• Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze SMS and shipment request data
  • Share cycle time performance metrics
  • Drive process improvements based on data insights and user feedback

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and task completion skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality
  • Ability to collaborate effectively to achieve goals and improve operational efficiency
  • Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Ability to analyze and communicate KPI and performance metrics
  • Basic knowledge of product stewardship, hazard communication, transportation regulations, country-specific import/export requirements, and labeling standards
