Job Title: Logistics Team Member

Location: Cibolo, TX

The Logistics Team Member supports plant operations by receiving raw materials, storing and maintaining inventory, supplying parts to assembly using Just-in-Time (JIT) methods, moving finished goods within the plant, and preparing shipments to customers. This role is responsible for accurate material handling, safe equipment operation, and following standardized work procedures to support safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Position Responsibilities

The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:

  • Safely receive, move, sort, store, and ship materials, parts, and finished goods to support plant operations
  • Use hand scanners, pick lists, and warehouse systems to accurately select, track, and process materials
  • Load and unload materials and trucks safely using mobile equipment, including forklifts, as trained and certified
  • Deliver parts and materials to the appropriate areas while meeting quality, accuracy, and cycle time expectations
  • Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures in daily tasks
  • Support order preparation and material flow to help meet production and customer shipping requirements
  • Maintain accurate material handling and inventory processes through proper scanning and storage practices
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with company standards
  • Work effectively with team members and communicate clearly to support a positive and productive work environment

Required Skills and Abilities

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A Safety-first mindset that helps maintain a safe work environment.
  • Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule (days and nights) with potential mandatory daily and some Saturday overtime
  • Consistent on-time attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, show respect and dignity to all, and a commitment to excellence.

Beneficial Skills and Experience

  • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing/production environment is a plus.
  • Math skills-Basic mathematic skills to ensure accurate measurements is a plus.
  • Mechanical-General knowledge of machines, tools and measurement instruments is a plus.

Education/Training/Certifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
