Hands-on leader responsible for daily execution and team performance

▸Diploma (Vocational) / Higher Vocational Certificate (ปวส.) or higher วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป
▸ ประสบการณ์ 3+ ปี ด้าน logistics / warehouse / supply chain
▸Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes มี ความรู้ด้านโลจิสติกส์แบบครบวงจร
▸Leadership and team management skills มี ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำและการบริหารทีม มีประสบการณ์ดูแลทีม (ประมาณ 5–15 คน)
▸มี ทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงปฏิบัติ (Hands-on problem solving) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills มี ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา
▸มีความรู้ด้านระบบ SAP (WM/MM จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
▸Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
▸Ability to initiate and drive improvement projects สามารถ เริ่มต้นและดำเนินโครงการปรับปรุงงานได้
▸Proactive mindset with strong interpersonal skills มีความกระตือรือร้น และ ทักษะในการประสานงานที่ดี
▸Ability to identify issues early and prevent escalation สามารถตรวจ จับปัญหาเชิงรุกก่อนเกิดผลกระทบ
