Logistics Team Leader

We are on the hunt for a Logistics Lead to join our team! This isn't just about moving cars from A to B; it's about owning the movement of our inventory and ensuring our customers receive their cars on time, every time.

What you'll be doing?

• Own the Flow: Manage the end-to-end logistics process, from inbound vehicle acquisition to last mile customer delivery.
• Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with transport providers and third party logistics partners, ensuring they meet our high standards for speed and quality.
• Scale Operations: Develop and implement scalable logistics processes as we expand into new regions and increase our volume.
• Optimisation: Constantly analyse performance data to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiencies in our supply chain.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Production teams to ensure inventory is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

Okay, let’s talk about you:

• You have at least 3 years managing complex logistics or supply chain operations.
• You have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• You're adaptable and can work autonomously without on-site supervision, exercising strong personal accountability.
• You can negotiate effectively with partners and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
• You’re excited about the challenge of building something from the ground up and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• You hold a current NSW driver's Licence.
