Key Responsibilities
The Logistics Systems Analyst – WMS/TMS manages and monitors logistics management systems to ensure system performance, data accuracy, and effective support for warehouse and transportation operations. The position provides technical and functional support to end users, analyzes system and process issues, and coordinates enhancement requests with internal development teams and global technology resources. The position develops technical requirements, supports testing and deployment activities, and monitors system changes to ensure successful implementation and minimal operational disruption. The role also works closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, prioritize system enhancements, and improve overall logistics system efficiency.
Responsibilities
Logistics Systems Management & Support
- Manage and monitor WMS, TMS, Cello, and other logistics management systems to maintain system availability, data accuracy, and operational consistency.
- Provide technical and functional support to warehouse, transportation, and other operational users.
- Troubleshoot system issues, analyze root causes, and coordinate timely resolution with internal IT and development teams.
- Manage system data, user access, system permissions, and other day-to-day system administration activities.
Business Process & System Improvement
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, and cross-functional teams to identify system and process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate operational needs into functional and technical system requirements.
- Prioritize enhancement requests based on operational impact, productivity, business objectives, and system capabilities.
- Prepare technical outlines and requirements for system enhancements and coordinate with WMS, TMS, and Cello development teams.
Testing & System Implementation
- Develop test strategies and test scenarios for system corrections, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Coordinate system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system quality and business requirements are met.
- Plan and support system cutover, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Monitor system changes after deployment and coordinate corrective actions when issues arise.
User Training & Documentation
- Develop system documentation, user procedures, and training materials as needed.
- Train new and existing users on system functionality, processes, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing user support and guidance to promote effective system utilization.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system processes, requirements, enhancements, and issues.
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, IT, Development, Project Management, and third-party technology providers to support logistics systems and improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with global WMS, TMS, and Cello development teams to communicate requirements and resolve system issues.
- Support integration with customers, carriers, vendors, and other external partners through EDI, API, or other system interfaces.
- Communicate system issues, project status, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience supporting WMS, TMS, or logistics management systems, with strong experience in system troubleshooting, process improvement, testing, implementation, and user support.
- Experience working with logistics systems in a manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, transportation, or 3PL environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations and related business processes.
- Experience with WMS and TMS platforms, preferably SAP WM, JDA TMS, and/or Cello.
- Experience with system administration, data management, user access management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional or technical system requirements.
- Experience with system testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, and post-implementation support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Experience working with EDI, APIs, or other system integration technologies is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with Operations, IT, customers, carriers, vendors, and global teams.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically as required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP WM/LE, JDA TMS, Cello, or other enterprise WMS/TMS platforms.
- Experience supporting global or integrated logistics management systems.
- Experience with international freight, claims, billing, or transportation management processes.
- Experience supporting logistics operations in the electronics, high-tech, manufacturing, or 3PL industries.
- Experience with EDI/API integrations and external logistics partners.
- Experience working with global development or technology teams.
- Experience with SQL, databases, reporting tools, or data analysis.

Your base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This allows you to progress as you grow and develop within the position. The base pay range for this role is between $125,000 ~ $165,000/year + KPI Performance Bonus, and your base pay will depend on your skills, education, qualifications, experience, and location.
