About the team:Our Supply Chain & Operations teams sit at the heart of our recommerce business, ensuring products move efficiently from customers into our warehouses and back out to new homes across Europe.
As we continue to grow internationally, building a reliable and efficient logistics network is essential. We’re constantly looking for ways to improve how products flow through our network — balancing cost, speed, and service quality while maintaining strong relationships with logistics partners.

You’ll work closely with our warehouse teams, supply chain leaders, and logistics partners to ensure our inbound and outbound operations run efficiently and consistently.

About the role: As Logistics & Supply Chain Lead (Inbound/Outbound Operations), you’ll be responsible for managing and improving the movement of goods across our logistics network.
Reporting to the
Head of Supply Chain & Procurement, you’ll coordinate transport flows between suppliers, warehouses, and customers, ensuring shipments arrive on time and operations run smoothly.

You’ll play a key role in monitoring logistics performance, managing carrier relationships, and identifying opportunities to optimise routes, improve visibility, and reduce costs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of operations, data, and logistics partnerships

Key Responsibilities

Key Goals & Objectives:

  • Ensure efficient and reliable inbound logistics flows from suppliers and partners across Europe.
  • Maintain strong outbound delivery performance across B2C and B2B fulfilment channels.
  • Monitor and improve logistics KPIs, including cost, service levels, and delivery reliability.
  • Optimise transport routes, carrier mix, and parcel flows across the logistics network.
  • Strengthen collaboration between logistics, warehouse teams, and external partners.
  • Improve visibility and reporting across inbound and outbound logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound logistics from suppliers, parcel carriers, and partners across Europe.
  • Manage outbound shipment flows to both B2C and B2B customers, ensuring strong delivery performance.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with transport carriers and logistics partners.
  • Monitor logistics costs, service levels, and performance metrics across different transport routes.
  • Analyse logistics data to identify opportunities for network optimisation and cost efficiency.
  • Support transport planning, including route optimisation, carrier selection, and shipment consolidation.
  • Work closely with warehouse managers and 3PL partners to balance inventory flow, capacity, and throughput.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and digital tools to increase operational visibility and agility.
  • Support ongoing development of a scalable logistics network as the business expands.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 3–6 years of experience in international logistics, transport operations, or supply chain coordination.
  • Experience working with European transport networks and parcel carrier models.
  • Familiarity with multimodal transport and last-mile delivery operations.
  • Comfortable analysing logistics data from TMS, WMS, or similar systems.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Clear and collaborative communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in English.
