Summary:
The Supply Chain Business Analyst supports the Supply Chain & Logistics team by delivering meaningful data, reporting, and analysis that improves operational performance and drives informed business decisions. This role is responsible for developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) across logistics, inventory, repairs and returns (RMA), supplier performance, product quality, and supply chain costs. By identifying trends, analyzing operational data, and recommending process improvements, the analyst helps optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
The Supply Chain Business Analyst develops and maintains dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting that provide visibility into the performance of ClearCaptions' supply chain, including captioning phones and other products. This role establishes standardized data collection, reporting methodologies, and KPI definitions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and meaningful performance measurement across the organization. Working closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain and Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, and other functional teams, the analyst transforms complex data into actionable insights, evaluates the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives, and supports strategic decision-making that improves operational efficiency, reduces costs, and ensures products and services are delivered reliably and cost-effectively.

$67,000.00 to $84,000.00 determined by competitive market analysis and internal equity considerations. Final compensation will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and business needs.
