Your future role:

Reporting to the Services Warehouse Supervisor, this role will see you leading strategic enhancements within the Supply Chain Logistics Team while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managers, to deliver Alstom's Sydeny Metro program commitments. The objective of this role is to oversee all inventory management activities related to the SM in Rouse Hill, while supporting cross-functional priorities to ensure seamless operational execution.

About the Role:

Alstom is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Rouse Hill site. This role is critical to the success of SM, ensuring seamless inventory management and supporting cross-functional priorities across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all inventory-related activities specific to SM
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain operations with project milestones and priorities.
• Monitor stock levels, track material movements, and ensure timely availability of components.
• Support procurement, logistics, and production planning functions to optimize supply chain performance.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for inventory and material flow.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in supply chain coordination, inventory management, or logistics.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP/GSI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in the rail, manufacturing, or engineering sectors is advantageous.
