In Logistics we manage the End-to-End supply chain execution from procurement, receipt, storage, warehousing, invoicing, transportation, and returns coordinating the various activities necessary to deliver timely and reliably to customers.

This is your role. What part will you play?
• End to end monitoring of Receiving processes which includes material receipts at dock, truck unloading, MRP labeling as per Legal Metrology requirement, material handling in WMS, binning, system postings, paperwork etc.
• Follow up, coordination with 3PL service provider, Procurement / Order Management Cell / Customer Service / Insurance Cell / EXIM / CHA / Freight Forwarder / Transporter / Overseas Vendors / Factories as & when required.
• Handling Receiving, customer related complaints, communication with concerned parties & closely monitoring the closure of same on regular basis.
• Good knowledge of SAP – MM, WM, SD modules for handling warehouse related operations.
• Highly detail-oriented, good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good visual ability to detect quality defects, process deviations in day-to-day operations.
• Timely clearance of Web cycles, GR/IR issues.
• Enforces company policies and procedures, giving management feedback on any irregularities if any.
• Close monitoring of set KPI’s and initiating necessary actions as per requirement.
• Participation in ISO Audit requirements, Continuous Improvement measures etc.
• Works cross-functionally with other members of the Logistics Center team and provides support when and where required.
• Ability to handle Dispatch, Returns Operations. 
• Ability to handle Warehousing Inventory Process.
• Dependable with a Can-Do attitude and strong work ethics.
• Ability to learn and perform all warehouse related processes as per need.

Proficiencies: 
Good written & Oral communication skills, Knowledge of SAP transactions, MS office, Basic Knowledge of Taxation, commercial transactions, warehousing operations, Export / import processes, Team Player & Positive attitude. 
Education & Experience Required:
B.Com/ BMS with Minimum 3-5 years related to Business process.
