Lead and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. Manage people, processes, and resources to support production and customer demand while driving continuous improvement initiatives across internal logistics and warehouse operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow, reduce operational deviations, and achieve company KPIs aligned with AGCO standards.

Your Impact

  • Lead internal logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with production requirements and achieving key KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, material flow, storage capacity, and inbound/outbound logistics to guarantee production continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction.
  • Monitor performance through reports, KPIs, and action plans while leading problem-solving activities, corrective actions, and process optimization efforts.
  • Lead and develop teams through coaching, training, and performance management, ensuring proper manpower planning and compliance with company standards and audit requirements.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations.
  • Experience leading teams in industrial or manufacturing environments.
