Job Title: Logistics Supervisor
Department: Supply Chain
Reports to: Logistics Manager
Trulieve Logistics Supervisor will assist the manager to oversee team leads and drivers within the department. They will create and implement policies and procedures to ensure department processes are consistent and effective for the business needs. They will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.
Trulieve Logistics Supervisors oversee a variety of order processing functions, ranging from supervising a team of logistics associates to maintaining positive relations with the Trulieve transportation team, dispensary team, and monitoring inventories.
Trulieve Logistics Supervisors require strong multitasking and organizational skills to handle the roles that come with order processing. They must ensure dispensary transfer order are properly received from production, processed and delivered to dispensaries, manage the fulfillment staff and at the same time, liaise with the transportation teams. Logistics Supervisors require good computer skills to use the Trulieve ERP program that is used for transfer request submission. They also require interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with dispensaries, distribution centers, and the transportation teams.

WORK SCHEDULE
40 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position.
