Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Logistics Officer to manage the movement and delivery operations within Diet Watchers. The Logistics Officer will be responsible for overseeing the safe delivery of boxes to customers, ensuring that the products are transported and stored correctly until they reach their destination. This role will also involve monitoring the drivers routes, tracking vehicles, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organize and manage the delivery processes and routes for drivers.
2. Ensure all products (boxes) are delivered safely to customers on time.
3. Monitor the transportation and storage of products to ensure they are handled properly throughout the delivery process.
4. Oversee and track driver routes, ensuring optimal travel paths are used.
5. Maintain constant communication with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
6. Monitor customer feedback related to deliveries and take necessary actions to improve customer satisfaction.
7. Ensure all vehicles are in proper working order and perform routine checks for maintenance and safety.
8. Implement logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics or transportation management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and tracking systems.

  2. التأكد من تسليم البوكسات للعملاء بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد.
     
  3. مراقبة عملية نقل وتخزين المنتجات للتأكد من التعامل معها بشكل صحيح طوال فترة النقل.
     
  4. متابعة خط سير السائقين وضمان استخدام الطرق المثلى.
     
  5. الحفاظ على تواصل مستمر مع السائقين لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وحل أي مشاكل قد تظهر أثناء النقل.
     
  6. متابعة ملاحظات العملاء المتعلقة بالتسليم واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتحسين رضا العملاء.
     
  7. التأكد من أن جميع السيارات في حالة جيدة وإجراء فحوصات دورية لصيانتها وسلامتها.
     
  8. تنفيذ استراتيجيات لوجيستية لتعزيز الكفاءة وتقليل التكاليف التشغيلية.
     
  المؤهلات:
  
  • خبرة سابقة في إدارة اللوجيستيك أو النقل.
    
  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
    
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة سواء شفهيًا أو كتابيًا.
    
  • القدرة على تعدد المهام وحل المشكلات بشكل فعال.
    
  • إتقان استخدام برامج اللوجيستيك وأنظمة تتبع المركبات.
