Job Description

The Logistics Supervisor at Nawy Real Estate is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily logistics activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the logistics team and coordinate warehouse and transportation activities.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of shipping and receiving operations.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries to meet project timelines and customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with warehouse staff to maintain stock accuracy.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to resolve any logistics issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation and reports for management review.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics and warehouse operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a logistics supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Good knowledge of logistics and warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
