Job Description

Logistics Staff Recruitment Information

Location: District 2, HCM

  • Salary:
    Up to 20,000,000 VND (Gross), depending on experience.

I. Logistics Tasks List:

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Import - Export Management:
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents.
  • Handle customs declaration processes.

  • Warehouse Documentation:
    • Prepare and manage input/output warehouse documents.

  • Purchase Order (PO) Management:
    • Process new purchase orders.
    • Create new item codes for POs and update VAT details.
    • Maintain and update monthly PO records.

  • Logistics Cost Monitoring:
    • Estimate taxes and logistics costs.
    • Review debit notes from domestic suppliers to issue VAT invoices.
    • Prepare requests for overseas payments.

    Additional Details:

    • More information and specific tasks will be discussed during the interview.

    II. Requirements:

    • Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
    • Proactively arrange and manage assigned tasks.
    • Strong communication skills in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
    • At least 2 years of experience in customs and related business fields.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred).
    • Proficient in using VNACCS system.
    • Solid understanding of legal regulations related to customs declaration.
