Job Descriptions
  • Manage end-to-end import and export operations for machinery, spare parts, and materials.

  • Handle all logistics documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), and customs declarations.

  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Liaise directly with Royal Malaysian Customs on import/export matters, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.

  • Manage and maintain Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) operations, ensuring compliance with Customs requirements, inventory control, and reporting.

  • Monitor shipment schedules, resolve logistics issues, and optimize transportation costs.

  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, Malaysian Customs regulations, and import/export laws.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) operations and compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Customs regulations, import/export procedures, tariff codes, duty exemptions, and customs documentation.

  • Experience dealing directly with Royal Malaysian Customs, freight forwarders, and shipping agents.

  • Good understanding of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and international freight operations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent is an advantage).

  • Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Senai, Johor
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM)
