The Department Logistics Transport (MA/LOT-EMEA) implements new transport processes, coordinates tenders, organizes direct deliveries. Its range of responsibilities includes: steering customer deliveries, controlling logistics service providers, load carriers management with partners, transport damage management and other processes.

The job posting is for internal MA employees.

• 1st level support for transport topics
• Handling of Track & Trace requests
• Organization of special transport in case of urgent customer demands
• Handling of transport damage claims
• Organization of return deliveries
• Coordination and tracking of the forwarder performance

Qualifications

• General understanding and interest in logistics processes
• Experiences in communication with logistics service provider
• High customer orientation and flexibility
• English skills are mandatory, German skills highly appreciated
