Logistics Specialist - fluent Hungarian

Aim of the job:

The primary responsibility of the new employee will be the comprehensive management and processing of orders related to road freight transport, as well as the performance of related administrative tasks. The selected candidate will be a member of the logistics team at TransPlus (Hungary) Kft.


Your main tasks will be:


• Managing customer orders and scheduling daily deliveries, maintaining daily contact with carrier subcontractors
• Responsible for recording carrier capacities, vehicle registration numbers, technical data, new carriers, distances, new subcontractor fleets, freight rates, and master data in the SAP system for their assigned area,
• Performs internal administrative tasks related to EKEAR processes
• Prepares monthly reports for their assigned areas,
• makes recommendations for resolving logistical tasks and issues that arise, and participates in their implementation,
• investigates transportation-related complaints,
• prepares weekly reports on subcontractor carrier performance
• Performs other internal administrative tasks related to logistics, inventory, and packaging materials

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• High school diploma
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Conversational English proficiency
• Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Systematic approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and with precision
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

You start with an advantage if you have:

  • Degree in logistic
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • SLovak langugae knowledge
  • Freight forwarding certification
