Perform all mid-level logistical activities pertaining to the receiving, storage, kitting, inventory, and shipping of all materials delivered to, managed by, and shipped from TCOM, L.P. Stock and restock inventory locations within the assigned locations. Assist as needed, prepare, update, and submit status reports, cycle counts, property stock records, and other warehouse best practice paperwork.
Working Procedure:
Base of Knowledge — Understand all direct and indirect knowledge by observation, training and overall instructions given by supervisor, and team members.
Physical Material Management and Transportation— Handling, lifting, pulling, and pushing of items occurring during daily work-related activities.
Communication — Face-to-Face (F2F) and virtual communication are an essential part of daily tasks.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience Requirement: Five years’ experience in warehousing operations and inventory controls. Experience in DoD manufacturing operations preferred.
In compliance with state and local laws, the salary range for this role is $39,367 - $56,000. The range provided is a general guideline and good faith estimate representative of all experience levels but is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. TCOM considers several factors when extending an offer including, but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, a candidate’s experience, education/training, key skills, internal equity, and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
