Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team. In this night shift role, you will oversee the efficient movement of staff and ensure seamless coordination between various stakeholders. You will play a critical role in creating and managing waybills, scheduling, and tracking while ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in waybill creation and transport coordination, preferably in a night shift role.
• Proficiency with the specific geo and area (logistical landscape).
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Night shift work environment, requiring flexibility and availability Monday to Sunday on a shift basis.
• Extended periods of sitting or standing.
• Exposure to dynamic and fast-paced logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare create and manage accurate waybills documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor the timely dispatch and delivery of vehicles.
• Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or mobility application to plan, track, and optimize routes.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams to address any delivery or operational issues.
• Resolve logistical challenges promptly and efficiently to maintain service standards.
• Maintain detailed records of invoices and other transport-related data.
• Assist with shift reports and updates to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety protocols.
