As Logistics Specialist, you run our warehousing operations in Europe and the UK and act as the daily link to our 3PL warehouses in Sweden and the UK. You know what's arriving, what's on the shelf and what needs to go out, and you make sure it happens on time. When something goes wrong, you decide, act and follow through. You also support transport across Europe and the UK, and you understand how every logistics decision affects cost, inventory and margin. You report to the Head of Logistics within the Operations department, headed by our COO, and work closely with Supply & Production, Sales, Sales Support, Customer Experience and Finance.
You're a hands-on operator who moves quickly and doesn't let things drift. You know how a warehouse works and you're comfortable making quick decisions with the information you have. You are organised and detailed, at home in a spreadsheet, and persistent about following things through. You communicate clearly with partners and colleagues, and you raise issues early rather than late. You see the whole flow, not just the next shipment, and you understand what each decision costs.
Aarke was founded in Stockholm to make everyday rituals a little better, with products designed to perform and made to last. Today our products are sold around the world, yet the team behind them is still small enough that your work is visible from day one.
In this role you'll have real ownership. You'll shape how our warehousing runs in Europe and the UK, and your decisions will show up directly in what our customers experience. You'll work with people who care about getting the details right, in a company where good ideas move quickly from suggestion to practice.
