• Logistics Specialist
• Fort Worth

The employee will manage the day-to-day administrative functions related to shipment coordination and traffic system.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing shipments from initiation to completion and record on the systems
• Booking shipments with carriers and coordinating pickups and deliveries as needed
• Supporting cargo claims through documentation, customer updates, and issue resolution
• Creating, updating, and maintaining work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support other logistics and administrative functions as assigned.

Competency Element Minimum Requirement

Education

 High School Diploma required.

 Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant Work Experience 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, shipping/receiving, or a

related field.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Job / Process Knowledge

Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.

Knowledge of compliance requirements for international shipments.

Language / Communication (if job-related) English / Mandarin (Strong Plus)

Physical Demands Lift up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment /PPE

Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Ability to walk throughout the office as

needed.

Schedule / Overtime Schedule as required to complete responsibilities

Travel / Other Limited to none

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
