At our Changshu plant in China, we specialize in the manufacturing of essential products for dialysis therapy, including dialyzers, Sterile Solutions, bloodline sets, HD machines, injection and extrusion components. With a skilled team of 900 employees, our Plant operates key production technologies such as injection molding and extrusion, Dialysis and auto assembly etc. This site plays a vital role in Fresenius Medical Care’s commitment to enhancing patient care worldwide. 中国常熟工厂专注于透析治疗核心产品的生产制造，主营产品包括透析器、无菌制剂、血液管路组件、血液透析机，以及各类注塑与挤出成型零部件。 工厂配备专业员工团队 800 余人，掌握注塑成型、挤出工艺、透析器制造及自动化装配等关键生产技术，是费森尤斯医疗践行全球患者关怀使命的重要枢纽。 加入我们充满热忱的团队，为全球医疗事业贡献力量！

物流专员/Logistics Specialist 岗位职责：

1. 负责公司进出口相关工作：

§ 负责公司进出口货物订舱、报关、清关及到货、查检等，把控物流时效、运输成本等，确保进出口货物按时按质顺利进出，规避物流延误、扣货等异常风险；

§ 负责进出口物流相关费用核对与申请、统计及分析，有效管理和优化物流成本；

§ 同海关、商检等部门保持良好沟通，定期更新相关政策，确保各项进出口业务合规操作。

1. 负责全流程管理保税料件：

§ 根据生产主计划，核算保税料件需求，结合手册库存余量生成采购/进口申请，跟进物料到货、缺料预警；

§ 有效管理保税物料库存，协调采购、生产、仓库等跨部门沟通，保障生产不间断、物料不断供、库存不积压；

§ 负责管理加工贸易手册，规范手册进出口料件、成品耗料核算与台账管理，确保符合海关监管合规要求，配合海关稽查及核查工作。

1. 为公司新项目提供进出口支持，包括但不限于设备、样品、维修备件等进出口;
2. 支持供应链系统相关项目，如IBP、S4 rollout / ESPHORA等；
3. 完成领导交办的其他事项。

Qualifications:

任职资格:

  教育背景:

     本科及以上学历，国际贸易、国际物流、供应链等相关专业优先

  工作经验:

  五年或以上进出口物流、关务相关工作经验

  Skills and Knowledge:

  技能技巧:

1） 熟悉进出口贸易规则、报关流程、关务合规等；

2） 英语听说读写流利，可独立对接海外供应商及相关方进行商务沟通；

3） 具备物料计划、库存统筹、到货跟进、供需协调能力，保障生产物料正常周转；

4） 熟练操作SAP 系统物流相关模块；

5） 具备跨部门协作与问题处理能力
