What You’ll Be Contributing:

Global Logistics Coordination

  • Develop and manage logistics plans for construction projects, covering international shipping, customs clearance, and site delivery;
  • Coordinate multimodal transportation (air, sea, land) for oversized and high-value equipment;
  • Ensure compliance with Incoterms, export/import regulations, and trade compliance requirements.

Supplier & Freight Forwarder Management

  • Select and manage freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to optimize cost and service levels;
  • Negotiate transportation contracts and monitor performance against KPIs;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance, quality, and delivery.

Project Support

  • Collaborate with supply chain and project management teams to align logistics strategies with project timelines;
  • Provide logistics input during bid and proposal stages to ensure accurate cost and lead-time estimates.

Risk Management & Documentation

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to international shipping, customs delays, and geopolitical factors;
  • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading, certificates of origin, and export licenses.

Cost Optimization & Reporting

  • Monitor logistics costs and implement strategies for cost reduction without compromising service quality;
  • Generate regular reports on shipment status, cost performance, and compliance metrics.

What You’ll Be Contributing:

  • Strong technical background (bachelor’s in supply chain, operations, or industrial engineering is preferred);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in global logistics, preferably in EPC or industrial projects;
  • Certified logistics designation (CCLP or P. Log is preferred);
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international trade regulations, and customs procedures;
  • Experience with oversized/heavy-lift cargo and project logistics;
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics tracking tools;
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities (English, French) and Mandarin will be considered a plus;
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple global shipments simultaneously;
