Specific Responsibilities
Plan and arrange logistics import shipments.
Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies.
Ensure to process orders and on-time delivery by network of courier companies and warehouses.
Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals inclusive of Shipping functions.
Develop and initiate monthly reports having required project timelines, corporate metrics and productivity measurements.
Analyze and log purchase orders commensurate to existing stock availability and reduce shipping cost.
Establish and manage relations with warehouses, freight forwarder, customs broker, drayage providers, sales force, government officer and customers.
Handle all permission request/submission concerned import shipments such as EEI, TISI, Excise and etc..
Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to the manager.
Assist audits of vendor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate finance accruals.
Support team to develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation.
Requirements
Skills and Knowledge
Basic Knowledge of Freight forwarding and Shipping process.
Logistics management, tax privileges and shipment management skill
Documentary management
Communication and negotiation skill
Knowledge of MS Office, ERP (W/H module) e.g. SAP.
Knowledge of TISI permit, Excise, EEI would be advantage

Education & Experience
Proven work experiences as Logistics Supervisor at least 3 years.
Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational and customer service skills
