Overview:
The successful candidate will develop and implement logistics and planning strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring smooth supply chain operations from inbound materials to finished products. You will lead a global team, optimize logistics networks, and champion innovation and sustainability initiatives across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute logistics & planning strategies to support production and business targets.

  • Optimize inbound/outbound logistics and ensure on-time delivery.

  • Lead production planning aligned with demand forecasts.

  • Oversee supplier selection and performance.

  • Drive sustainability and compliance across the supply chain.

  • Monitor KPIs and promote continuous improvement.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain planning, and production control, preferably in a global and dynamic environment.


  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with a track record of driving supply chain optimization and sustainability projects.


  • Excellent stakeholder management and supplier negotiation abilities.


  • Familiarity with advanced logistics technologies and compliance standards.


  • Ability to lead and inspire diverse teams to achieve ambitious goals.
