DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Responsible for daily customs inbound & outbound operations, import or export customs declaration, domestics distribution and delivery
2) Manage KSX bonded and non-bonded warehouse inventory to ensure high accuracy, including perform periodical cycle count, inventory audit at different storage location and reporting
3) Work with overseas logistics agents to deal with all kinds of shipping requirements, manage service level of freight forwarders to ensure the smooth operations
4) Conduct reverse logistics or RMA and DMR including defective parts retune to overseas, domestic repair and oversea repair
5) Logistics cost analysis and reduction, billing check
6) Manage logistics service providers, drive the root cause if failure and come up with corrective actions and continues improvements

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

1) BS degree or equivalent, 3-7 experience in logistics field, import and export, warehouse material control and movement, customs experience at bonded Zone would be preferred
2) Require Excellent data analysis skills, details-oriented and good logical thinking
3) Able to read and write English, no requirement for verbal English but will be a good plus
4) Open-minded and good communication skill, can work under pressures
5) Be good at Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
6) Familiar with HS classification, customs regulation and policy is a good plus
7) SAP or ERP experiences is a good plus
